This Council provides free healthcare, advice and medicines to hundreds of poor, forced migrants and neglected sick people that are suffering from difficult physical diseases, depression or psychological problems. There are 20 doctors specialized in different areas who are on duty according to the determined schedule, usually from two up to three hours per week.

 

 

The Council has been supplied with medicines by the private donors, St. Luke Ambulance and Hajduk Veljko Organization. In 2004, church organization Syllogos from Athens donated one EKG to the Council.

 

 

The activities of the Council are well known in Serbia, and the priests are advising their parishioners to seek support from the VDS Healthcare Council. Our doctors provide free health consultations on a daily basis putting their knowledge and skills in service of our Holy Church.
